Welcome to Shai! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using Shai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.
1. Who Can Use Shai
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country).
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Service Availability & Changes
Shai is constantly evolving, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that the service will always function as expected.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your Content & AI-Generated Content
Ownership: You own any content you create with Shai.
Restrictions: You may not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content that you don’t have rights to.
4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You may not use Shai to:
Create harmful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
Reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our technology or services.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or generate content.
Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Some features require payment or a subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are not provided, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property & Community Guidelines
Respect others’ rights: Do not steal, misuse, or claim others’ content as your own.
Shai reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates our guidelines.
7. Legal & Liability
Shai is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues caused by using our services.
Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration, and governed by applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shai means you accept the latest version.
